The project brief was to create a piece of furniture that detects a situation and then respond appropriately. FLO sits in your workspace and gently reminds you when to take breaks during work sessions.

Process
1. Sensing PIR (passive infrared) sensor tracks motion in front of lamp for when you first sit down. FSR (force-sensitive resistor) sensor tracks pressure of phone on plate.
2. Processing FLO processes and calculates the time and data from both sensors with Arduino.
3. Actuation FLO outputs an mp3 audio message from external speakers, when conditions are met.
We would like to clarify the annotations of the demo video to better differentiate actions that are happening, versus the description text that helps viewers understand how it operates.
